- Large orders take approximately 2 working days to dispatch from our warehouse. However we work with specific removals companies that pickup from our warehouse once a week on a Wednesday. This applies for all order being sent interstate.
All orders dispatched through our logistics company is covered by insurance. In the seldom even damages occur a full replacement will be offered.
- For customers who wish to use their own shipping Hello Trader will not be responsible for any damages or replacement this is the responsibility of the customer & logistics company.

Organising your own courier for bulky goods? Please note: we cannot accept couriers to pick up oversized items from our warehouse. We can only accept a specialised removal company to collect due to the fragility to our items which can only be handled by human hands - not machinery/conveyor belts like big courier companies.
All orders dispatched through our logistics company is covered by insurance. In the seldom even damages occur a full replacement will be offered. Please note: Once your order leaves our warehouse it is the removals responsibility of your goods to deliver without damages. Please check your order before on delivery for any damages. Any damages will need to be sent directly to the removals company and will need to be done by you directly as the customer. Please notify us immediately for any damages and we send the details to you to liaise with the logistics team for a claim.

Please allow a minimum of 24hours (on work days) for a shipping quote to be sent out. Oversized goods will be dispatched within 1-2working days after your shipping quote has been received and accepted
Shipping to SA & WA will incur a minimum of 2-3 weeks transit time to arrive at destination from our warehouse. Shipping costs exclude insurance, if you wish to purchase additional insurance cover our team will assist with a quote.
