Here at Hello Trader we have a no refund policy for incorrect choice of purchase or change of mind, we have a no refund policy on all items, unless it is damaged or faulty. If you wish to return and exchange an item, you must return your item within 7 days of purchase along with proof of purchase in store. 
To exchange a product online for a credit note or item please do so within 7 days by contacting our Customer Care Team via email
Please note that return shipping will need to be arranged at the buyers expense.



Sale items are final sale in which we do not offer refunds or exchanges. 


There is no additional discount for Trade clients on sale items.


We have a NO exchange or refund on custom orders. 

We have a NO exchange or refund policy on Artworks.



We offer 7 days returns on all purchases excluding furniture.

You will need to notify us and return your item within 7 days of receiving your order. All items must be in perfect condition including any tags or special wrapping your item arrived with. We do not cover the cost of shipping your item back to our warehouse.


We will happily provide an exchange or credit note for your item under the following conditions:

  • Item must be in original condition and packaging with tags attached
  • Item must not be damaged, used, altered or washed
  • You must contact us before returning your item
  • Sale items cannot be returned unless deemed faulty
  • For hygiene reasons, earrings and jewellery cannot be returned
  • Refunds are only available for damaged & faulty items

Please note for all pre-order furniture items we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for change of mind. 

After Pay Returns & Refunds
We do not offer refunds for any orders paid via after pay.

Pre Orders
Once your pre-order is made we cannot offer a refund as each item is made to order. 

Credit notes
Credit notes will be issued as an online code if your return is approved, we will send you your online code via email. Credit notes are valid for three years.

Damaged Goods
If your item has been damaged during transit with the courier, please contact us with an image within 24 hours. We will need images of the packaging when your item was received faulty to determine the damage in order to work on a damages claim. We will either send you a replacement, or offer a credit on your item. 

If you believe your item is faulty please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your damage goods.
